An oil sheen covers the Arthur Kill waterway between Staten Island, N.Y., left, and New Jersey At least two tanks at the Motiva Enterprises Terminal at Sewaren, N.J., a joint venture of Royal Dutch Shell and Saudi Aramco, were damaged in the wake of Hurricane Sandy and leaked diself fuel into Woodbridge Creek which flows into the Arthur Kill. The facility has a capacity of 5 million gallons of refined petroleum products. The United States Coast Guard assisted with clean up and recovery.
