People of Laguna bay area, 60kms. south of Manila, try to survive as typhoon Ondoy(Internaional name: Ketsana) causes floods in low lying areas around the Laguna lake. The extreme weather brought a months worth of rain in a short span of 6 hours causing flashfloods and sent waterways and the lake overflowing.
