2012's Action Camp in Florida

Greenpeace’s mission is to protect our oceans, our forests, our air and our futures. We use several tactics to accomplish this including peaceful action to raise awareness about environmental injustice and solutions.  Blockades, ship tours and banner hangings are a few of the ways we raise awareness and pressure those in power to make the sustainable decisions. Although our direct actions are never the first step in a campaign, we believe the environment needs action, and we are willing to stand up for what we believe in and demand change.
